Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and original packaging intact.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
Only one return shipping charge may apply (if applicable); no restocking fees will be charged.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:
1. Recheck your bank or card account.
2. Contact your credit card company or bank.
3. If the issue persists, please contact us at business@stylestrades.com.

Exchanges / Replacements

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
